We do everything we can to ship your order out as soon as possible - your satisfaction is our priority!
Assuming your order has been completed and paid, we will do everything we can to get it out within
1 business day! Items are typically shipped either the same business day (Monday through Friday)
or the next business day of receipt of payment. You will be notified by email when your item has
been shipped. Our Standard Shipping services include FedEx Home Delivery, UPS Ground, or FedEx
SmartPost--picked up by FedEx and delivered by USPS. We will determine the method of shipping at the
time of shipment. You will get a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.
United States Shipping. We offer FREE SHIPPING within the lower 48 states! Insurance is free!
Delivery time is typically 3 to 7 business days. When you checkout, you will have an opportunity
to upgrade your shipping. All packages are sent via FedEx Home Delivery, UPS Ground, or FedEx Smart
Post. Express packages will be sent either USPS Express or FedEx 2nd Day Air and should arrive in 3
business days or faster. NOTE: We do not ship to APO's or P.O. Boxes at this time. Great Northern
Popcorn Company is pleased to inform you we provide insurance on every package we ship at no cost to
you. All orders have a tracking number assigned.
*Local Pick Up is available at our Mancelona, Michigan location Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to
4:00 p.m. Some items ship directly from the manufacturer's warehouse and require further processing.
Please call ahead to ensure that your item is in stock at our location before pick-up
