Great Northern Popcorn Company's 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee assures customers they will receive
all orders promptly and exactly as described. In addition, it allows customers to return new and unused
products in original factory condition within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note, all
returns must be pre-approved by Great Northern Popcorn Company and have a return merchandise
authorization (RMA) number--unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Cancellations or returns of any kind will incur a 20% restocking fee to the buyer. The buyer is
responsible for return shipping costs and for sufficiently packing, insuring, and returning the item in "new" condition--used products will not be accepted. Great Northern Popcorn Company will replace
the item with an identical item, issue a full store credit for the value of the item, or issue a refund for
the value of the item, minus a 20% restocking fee. All returned merchandise must be in the original
packaging with the authorization (RMA#) clearly printed on the outside of the package. If your
purchase was made during a free shipping promotion, we will also deduct the actual shipping charge (as
calculated by www.fedex.com) from the return amount.
We strongly recommend you use a delivery service that can be tracked and insured. Buyer is
responsible for return shipping costs and for sufficiently packing and insuring returned items unless
otherwise agreed upon. If your purchase has been damaged during shipping, a damage claim will
be filed, the product will be returned to us, and a replacement will be shipped at our expense. If no
replacement is available, we will issue a full refund. All returns must be made within 30 days of delivery-
-NO Exceptions.
